Export customs clearance from Paraguay

Frontanilla Estudio Aduanero handles export clearance from Paraguay: we organise the paperwork, coordinate the certificates the destination requires and file the export declaration before the DNIT.

What it includes

• Guidance on the Ministry of Industry and Trade (MIC) Exporter Registration, filed through the Export Single Window (VUE) and valid for one year.
• Review of the commercial invoice, packing list and transport documents.
• Certificate of origin through the VUE, to claim tariff preferences (Mercosur, the EU–Mercosur agreement and others).
• Coordination of sanitary (SENACSA) or phytosanitary (SENAVE) certificates when the product requires them.
• Filing and follow-up of the export declaration through shipment.

Exporting to Europe

The EU–Mercosur agreement has applied provisionally since 1 May 2026. To get the preference you need the right proof of origin and must meet EU sanitary rules.
